Business problem
A growing digital business managed content, products, deals, loyalty, reviews, experts and users through separate processes, and changes needed checking before customers saw them.
The challenge
Each area had different owners and different data, but all of them needed the same rules: who may change what, who must approve it, and a record of what happened.
